What
is a License to use the PUURSPA Trademark?
A license to use the PUURSPA trademark is an agreement
that is formed between PUURSPA, Inc. and the company offering
mobile day spa services bearing the marks of PUURSPA.
Who
qualifies as a Licensee?
A licensee is any company that is offering mobile day
spa services and would like to add the PUURSPA trademarks/logos
to help brand their company and add value to the services
offered.
Who
can enter into a Licensing Agreement with PUURSPA, Inc.?
Anyone who wishes to obtain a license to offer mobile
day spa services bearing the PUURSPA trademarks must submit
a Licensing application.

will be of a high quality, and protects all parties, including
PUURSPA, Inc., from future liability.
