Cancellation
Policy
For individual services we require a minimum of 24 hours
notice when canceling an appointment to receive a 100%
refund or a minimum of 4 hours notice to receive a 50%
refund. Cancellations for group events or for an entire
spa party must be made 72 hours in advance in order to
receive a refund. Once your appointment date has been
reserved for your event/spa party, we will be unable to
issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations
or no-shows.
Payment
Policy
Payment
must be provided in full, with a credit card or check,
in order to secure your appointment date. Before securing
your appointment date, we will also need to know the number
of people in your party and what treatments each guest
would like.
We
accept debit cards, MC, Visa, American Express & checks
(we must receive the check one week prior to appointment
date). PUUR SPA does not accept cash, but our spa technicians
may accept a cash gratuity (tip). If you are having a
group event or “spa party” an automatic 15%
gratuity will be added to the total cost.
